Social Therapy

In rural, suburban and urban environments, households are living and working together with adults in need of support.  No matter the setting, size or age of the community we are all committed to the interdependence, dignity, value and care of each individual.  Through a way of living called "life-sharing" residential communities ensure that every adult has a sense of place and a fulfillment of social, cultural and economic life.  There are also day programs and special opportunities offered by member organizations.
